FAQ

Beware of scams! We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets from Ticketweb (our exclusive ticketing partner) or the artist’s official website. That way, we’ll be able to easily help you get to the show. Please consult our website for ticket purchases to our shows or visit our Box Office to purchase directly from us. If you have questions/concerns please contact us for guidance – we are happy to help!

PLEASE NOTE: We are not a ticket resale site (and again, do NOT recommend you purchase tickets outside of the Ticketweb platform / other official ticketing partner platform). We reserve the right to remove any post or comment on our social media and event pages that relate to reselling concert tickets. Due to a proliferation of scams and other untoward sales, we discourage resale posts of any kind. We are not responsible for any ticket transactions outside of original sales through official ticketing channels.

When will I receive my tickets?

In order to combat third-party resale, we have recently enacted a delivery delay on all tickets purchased online. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase, and your tickets will be emailed to you / made available in your Ticketweb account TWO DAYS before the event.

Are minors allowed to shows?

Most Off Broadway shows admit persons under 21 with a $3 minor surcharge, to be collected at the door, day of show. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) to attend these shows. Please check specific show listings for details.

When do shows start?

Shows generally start as listed, by show, on the Front Page. We tailor our schedules around the needs of our artists and performers. It’s their show, we serve at their behest.

Where can I get tickets to shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at offbroadwaystl.com, or you may register for Will Call at the venue during operating hours. Day to day operating hours are listed by show on our Front Pageand also our Calendar page for shows later in the year.

We can work with your proof of purchase from your phone, or the name of the person who made the ticket purchase.

Reminder that we work exclusively with Ticketweb/Ticketmaster and cannot guarantee to honor tickets purchased from any other third party.

When are you open?

Off Broadway is open on show nights only. Please check our Front Page for Door and Show times.

May I take photos/video/record the show?

Professional photographers must have written permission from the artist(s) before the show. We cannot help you in this regard. In any instance, we insist that you refrain from using your flash. It’s distracting to the artists and obnoxious to the audience.

If you’ve been authorized to shoot at a show, please be prepared to validate those credentials at the door upon arrival.

Cell phone photography is usually just fine! No flash, please. Be considerate of the bands and other patrons. We love to see and share your posts on social media, so feel free to tag us 😊 @offbroadwaystl

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, and debit: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Square Pay/Apple Pay. We do not have an ATM.

Do you allow outside food or drinks?

No outside beverages of any kind are allowed as we have a full bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available and bartenders here to serve you; however, we only sell snacks at the bar so we do allow outside food to be brought in and consumed on our patio. Do not leave any food or drinks unattended anywhere in the venue for any period of time – we bus regularly and your consumables will be discarded if left unattended.

Where can I park?

We have street parking only. Please do NOT park on President Street, the gas station lot, or in the Lemp Brewery parking lot. You will be towed or risk having your car locked in the Lemp Brewery lot overnight–we have no control over these issues and unfortunately cannot assist you in these events. We encourage ride-sharing when possible!

How does seating work?

Most shows are general admission, with no seats available on the main floor. Some shows have limited seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating is available in the balcony section, and select shows have seats made available on the main floor. We also have a large patio outside where you can sit if you need a break.

Feel free to reach out to us to see if seating can be made available for specific shows. We will always accommodate guests with disabilities in any way we can!
