Pop music for weird kidsMiddle Class Fashion hails from Saint Louis, MO. On their latest album "Scary" the band takes Jenn Malzone's hypnotically catchy pop songs and brings them to life with shimmery synths, rocking guitars, and danceable beats. Song themes include being the weird kid, crushes, coffee, ghosts, and the beach. MCF's live shows are known for being dynamic, dramatic, and a bit awkwardly funny. Their song "Stuck" was featured on NPR's This American Life. Their song "Golden Rose" was listed as one of Daytrotter's Top 100 Songs of the Year. They've had the delight of opening for national bands including Perfume Genius, Culture Club, of Montreal, and John Maus. The band features Jenn Malzone, Brad Vaughn, Lindsey McDanel, Matt Basler, and Dylan Clubb.
